Our Treehouse Unseo Guesthouse is located 7-10 walk from Unseo Station of Airport Railroad. There is no airport shuttle bus here because the airport railroad runs. Thank you.

Hi. Check-in is until 10:00 PM, but in case of unavoidable late check-in, the room rate must be paid at the time of reservation. Also, since other guests are taking a break after 22:00, you should check in quietly by yourself.

Unseo Station has an airport railroad, so there is no airport free shuttle. To get to our Treehouse Unseo, take the airport railroad from the airport and get off at the second station, it's a seven-minute walk.

It was very good.

Clean, quiet and close to airport.

I would have prefered a writen route to the guesthouse in stead of the youtube clip. Because it took to much data from my forigne phone to watch it. So I needed to ask the way in the streets. ( Wich was ok, Korean people are very friendly!)

Better than many other Hotels around ICN and GMP

They write in their welcome message "We are a Guesthouse, not a Hotel". Well thats right, but the Treehouse Unseo Guesthouse is much, much better than many other Hotels in Seoul, Unseo, Incheon etc. Friendly and helpful staff, meticulous clean room with a comfortable bed. Safe and quiet area next to Unseo AREX station. High quality shower gel and shampoo etc.

I opened the balcony type door next to the bed. In this room there was a washing machine and a dryer....so far so good...but it came with a sewage stench.

For a solo traveller, I feel safer to pick Unseo guesthouse which is about 8mins walk from Unseo stn. Room is bright with windows for nice fresh air. Spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable, I had a good rest. Bathroom is compact and clean. Hairdryer provided. Coffee, tea provided and water dispenser for making hot drinks. Very clean and comfortable place. After checking out of my room, I relaxed at sofa while waiting to leave for the airport. Mr Jin is very helpful and nice. Even gave me a ride to Unseo train stn. Thanks for a being a great host! Making my last night in Seoul so comfortable.

Very nice stop before an early flight !

It's close to the subway, and only 2 stops away from Incheon International Airport, which is why I booked this guesthouse. The directions given by the guesthouse before arriving were very clear, and the person who welcomed me was very kind.

I was not a big fan of the pillows, but everyone have their own preferences for this.

Great place when you need to catch early flights

It’s very close to the airport (2 subway stations or 10 minutes of driving). The subway station is 5 minutes of walking away. I had a lot of luggage and the host offered me to drive me to the airport early in the morning, which I used. I stayed here multiple times, every time I had an early flight out of Incheon and I would use it again. The price is worth it when your flight is leaving before 10 am.

Good comfortable stay for a sleep before departure day or at late arrival day

Walking distance from station, clean comfortable room and facility. There was kitchen and fridge that guest can use, good wifi. Owner was kind and helpful, he also offered optional drop-off service in the morning since I couldn’t use train early in the morning. The building of guest house was in the upper floor but there was no elevator, but partially equipped belt conveyor was available for a little help to bring suitcase upstair. I only could stay for a short hours because of my schedule, but it was comfortable stay overall. At night living area was not available but it was not much big issue to eat and stay in the room

Going upstair with heavy luggage was a bit burden even though there was partially belt conveyor. At night after 8-9 pm most of nearby shops restaurants were closed, so better to come early or eat before getting there. Living was not available at night after 10pm?

It was very easy to get to this accommodation from the airport. There are a lot of cafes and shops nearby. The bathroom is very spacious. In the shared kitchen you can make tea or coffee or leave your food in the fridge.

Great facilities and excellent service

Facilities are very complete and you get everything you need in the room and common area. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very fluffy and warm. The guest house even has a conveyor belt to help with transporting luggages upstairs. Transportation to airport is available for a fee, the person-in-charge was very accommodating even though we had to head out 4am in the morning.

The guest house is about 10 min of walk from the airport railway Unseo Station. May not be suitable if you have a lot of luggages and plan to walk to the guest house by foot, especially during the winter.
